America General Contractors is the construction side of America Partner, a Beverly Hills real estate group that also does brokerage and property management across Los Angeles County.
Because the people running it buy, build, lease and manage buildings themselves, we look at a job the way an owner does: what it is worth doing, what the city will allow, what a day of vacancy costs, and what an appraiser or a buyer is going to look for later.
We hold California contractor license CSLB 1083262, Class B general building, and carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. The office is at 439 North Canon Drive in Beverly Hills and the crews work across the county.
What we build
Kitchens and bathrooms, additions, ADUs, seismic retrofits and foundations, exteriors, whole-house renovations, new houses and small multifamily, commercial build-outs, and property services for people who own rental buildings.
How we think about it
Get the scope right at the start, use licensed trades, run the inspections in order, and have a supervisor check the work before the client ever sees it. On the money side: estimate honestly, track costs during the job, say something early when conditions change, and tell you plainly where a dollar adds value and where it does not.
